WesternBay develops strong, long lasting relationships with the Commercial Brokerage Industry. We welcome the opportunity to work with brokers to identify and acquire suitable properties as well as re-tenant vacant space in properties we own or are in the process of acquiring.

In working with brokers on properties submitted for review, we work only as a principal to property investment.
