Leadership
WesternBay is led by Carson Faris. Carson's entrepreneurial spirit, passion for people, and keen ability to recognize opportunity brought him to lead Westernbay. His professional background is both impressive and diverse having served in a leadership post at a regional contracting firm in the Midwest, as Leasing Manager for Southern California, and most recently as Director of development for one of Southern California's most successful and respected Commercial Real Estate Developers
